Another project of full quantization application of SDN positive electrode wastewater has been put into operation
The high-nickel ternary cathode material washing process 190m3/d wet wastewater treatment project undertaken by SDN is located in the Economic development zone of Shehong County, Sichuan Province. It is a key supporting project of cathode material preparation process washing water cycle, and also a key link to help customers realize industrial green manufacturing and energy-saving and low-carbon development. The project adopts the process of "precision filter + plate and frame press filtration +UF+RO1 (+MVR) +RO2+RO3" to ensure that the water conductivity of RO3 is less than 10uS/cm, the salt production quality of MVR is high, the water content is less than 8%, and the lithium purity can reach 80-85%.
SDN uses high efficiency membrane concentration technology to carry out the core treatment technology of lithium salt enrichment and then evaporation, which breaks through the process pain points of high operation cost and poor quality of lithium salt recovery by traditional methods, and enables customers to recycle all water resources and recover high quality lithium salt while treating positive electrode wastewater with low energy consumption, thus generating circular economic benefits.
Through calculation, the project can save 3 million kW energy consumption for users every year, directly reduce energy consumption expenditure of about 1.8 million yuan, can recover about 230 tons of lithium sulfate per year, can be made into lithium carbonate about 150 tons per year, the total economic benefits of more than 60 million yuan per year.
