The composition of flue gas is very complex, including sulfur compounds, carbon compounds and nitrogen oxides. SCR technology is mainly used to treat the nitrogen oxides, and a large amount of smoke and dust in it will affect the denitration efficiency and service life of SCR.

3. Process advantages of StarOne
1. The denitration efficiency is high, which can reach 95%, and the maximum denitration efficiency can reach 98%.
2. The selected catalyst can maintain NOx at a high conversion level, the ammonia escape concentration is less than 3ppm (V), and the conversion rate of SO2 / SO3 is controlled at the level of ≤ 1%.
3. Ammonia can be sprayed at the front end of the dust and nitrate integrated system without ammonia spraying grid. The flue gas can be fully mixed with NOx by filtering through the filter element.
4. The dust and nitrate integrated system has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, less land occupation, good stability and high reliability.
5. Low energy consumption without temperature rise. The system can remove dust and denitration at 290-350 ℃.
6. Dust removal first and then denitration. The pore size of SCR catalyst can be selected as small pore size catalyst, which greatly reduces the volume of catalyst.
7. Ammonia gasification can be realized by directly using the clean flue gas from the integrated dust and nitrate outlet.
