In the manufacturing process of ternary precursor, raw material is a main channel for introducing impurities. Therefore, the configuration solution must be filtered to remove insoluble substances in the dissolution process and avoid impurities from entering the reactor. Therefore, there are good requirements for the filter element material of precision filter.
TiAl intermetallic compound filter element with independent intellectual property rights is selected as the core element of precision filtration. Compared with traditional PA or PE filter element, it has the following characteristics and advantages:
1. High tensile and flexural strength;
2. The pore diameter of the membrane is small and consistent with that of the substrate;
3. Small tortuosity factor, small filtration pressure difference, easy to clean and regenerate;
4. The expansion coefficient is basically the same as that of stainless steel. The closer the expansion coefficient is to the connector, the better its sealing performance and the higher the filtration accuracy;
5. Controllable aperture and high filtering accuracy, up to 0.1-0.5 μ m;
6. High temperature resistance;
7. High flux;
8. Good corrosion resistance.
